2.3.1 Refunds and Ship Back

Goods must be unused and in the original packaging. You must send the goods back within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for send back are borne by you. After we receive and inspect the goods, we will process the refund via the original payment method or by bank transfer within 14 days.
